June's Customer Roadshow

— Posted by Luna Lonardi

This month, we hit the road to bring our ingredients to customers all over Europe – some for the very first time.

It’s been a true team effort, with colleagues from both Alchemy and Elementis taking our products on a European-wide roadshow.

A Busy Start

Alicia Keenan began the month with a trip to Ireland to visit our much valued Irish customers. Before travelling to Romania with Maria Man and our distributor Oqema, to introduce our range to customers there.

The feedback from both countries was overwhelmingly positive - we've samples already packed up and ready to go as part of our follow up!

Across the UK and Europe

Meanwhile Alia Garcia was clocking up miles across the UK, Paris, and Austria, visiting customers alongside our distributor Rahn and colleagues, Moritz Messner and Carla Morgado.

She even managed a little sight seeing whilst travelling between meetings!

Momentum Across Europe

From Italy to Switzerland, Shivani Mistry helped drive the roadshow forward - first with Marco Conti in Milan, then onto Switzerland with Moritz Messner and our distributor, Rahn.

They shared lots of our creative prototypes during meetings, giving customers the chance to experience our products, and the type of textures they can create, first hand.

Showcasing the Science in Monaco

Aisha Nuhu, our NPD Manager, joined the customer roadshow in Monaco.

There she shared the secrets behind our products alongside lab tips and know how, bringing the science to life and providing a deeper understanding of the innovation that underpins our range.

Holding the fort back home..

Meanwhile back home, our customer service team were on hand to ensure ALL customer needs were still being looked after...

In fact, Julie Lee and Sophie Jackson were kept busier than usual, spending the month learning new systems and meeting new colleagues from the Elementis Customer Service team.

Like the helpful Ana Borges for one - who we caught on camera whilst she was delivering training for Julie and Sophie. Say cheese!
