Our Training Tour Heads to Brazil
Aisha received a very warm welcome when visiting the Elementis lab team at their labs in São Paulo, Brazil. A three-day training session, as well as a visit to the Summit Cosmetics offices.
A valuable experience to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration.
Customer Visits Around the World
It's been a busy month for the sales team, out and about visiting customers.
With meetings across the UK, the US, Paris and Turkey, our ingredients are proving popular worldwide, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Prepped for in-cosmetics Global
The entire team has been busy preparing for Paris next month! The lab has been a production line creating new prototypes to inspire visitors at the show. Whilst marketing has been busy with stand designs, promotional content, and packing up giveaways!

This year, we're excited to feature in the show's 'Sensory Bar', where we'll showcase our latest formulation kit for sensitive skin. So sourcing accessories for our baby kit has been fun, too!
Luna's Lab training
New starter, Luna Lonardi, spent a morning in the lab diving into our ingredients and formulations. As a member of the marketing team, it's an important part of the induction to get hands-on with our products and understand their benefits.
It's also great fun and a good opportunity to work with our clever lab team! She got to make her own prototypes with our range of ingredients - which she's loved testing!
Full circle moment
Shivani put her safety goggles on to support our customer, Neal’s Yard Remedies, with the scale up of their latest formulation featuring Sapogel®Q.
And for Shivani, who used to work at Neal’s Yard – it was a real full circle moment!
We can’t wait to see this one hit the shelves!
Where Science Meets the Classroom
Aisha swapped her lab coat for the classroom this month. She taught a series of lectures on emulsions, rheology modifiers, and surfactants.
It's the second year for her as a lecturer and the students are always engaged, asking a lot of questions and enjoy experimenting with different textures.
It is all about inspiring the next generation of cosmetic scientist!
Exploring COSMOPROF 2026
Charlotte and Iqra attended COSMOPROF in Bologna last week. From discovering innovative new products to spotting emerging trends, the exhibition offered incredible inspiration.
With impressive stands at every turn and a busy schedule that kept them active - 30.000 steps a day active! - they definitely came back with many ideas and insights to share with the team.
Future Plans in the Making
Now that we are part of Elementis, Sarah & Lloyd have been spending A LOT of time on Teams calls, as they are very keen on supporting us with taking our product range to the next level.
It is all about making exciting plans for the future!
