January didn’t waste any time. From industry events and international visits to training sessions, trend forecasting, and the first steps of an exciting rebrand, we kicked off 2026 with plenty of momentum!

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

Cosmet'Agora: Industry Insights from January


We started off strong with our Head of Technical, Caroline, and Technical Sales Manager, Stephanie, travelling to Paris for Cosmet'Agora.

They discovered the latest trends in beauty, raw materials, textures, new technologies, and safety and efficacy testing!

Around the Table: Elementis January Board Visit


We had the pleasure of the Elementis board coming to visit 'little old us' in our Ascot office!

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share knowledge, and show our new senior leadership team the creativity and passion that goes into everything we do at Alchemy.

Leveling Up: Training that Moved Us Forward

January was all about training and connection. From the UK to Asia and across to the US, our team hit the road (and Teams!) to meet with customers and Elementis colleagues from around the world.

Through hands-on sessions, knowledge sharing, and collaborative discussions, we kicked off the year by building expertise, strengthening partnerships, and aligning on what’s ahead.

Team Building: Post-Training Playtime

After all the training, the team headed out for some darts and shuffleboard fun. 

Shuffleboard glory went to Carla, Maria, and Moritz, with Carla earning a reputation for her ruthless shuffleboard strategy.

And over at the dartboard, Marco and Moritz took home the win!

On the Road: Customer Visit to the Czech Republic

Our Technical Sales Executive, Alia Garcia, visited our customers in the Czech Republic.

During her trip, Alia enjoyed showcasing our ingredients and delivering hands-on customer training sessions. It was a great opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships.

She even managed to fit in a little sightseeing along the way!
