Method
Heat water to 70°C.
Premix Instathix® in phase A then add heated water and stir till homogeneous.
Heat to 70°C and maintain temperature for 10 minutes.
Homogenise for 3 minutes at 3500-5500RPM.
Cool under mixing, add phase B when below 40°C
