Method
Mix the components of Phase B in a beaker then heat to 70°C
Slowly add Phase C to Phase B until a gel is formed.
Mix the components of Phase A, heat to 70°C and homogenise until uniform.
Cool to 40°C and add Phase B/C and D, mixing well.
