Method
Heat water phase to 70°C
Premix Instathix® in oil phase, then add water phase and stir till homogenous.
Heat to 70°C and maintain temperature for 10 minutes.
Homogenise for 3 minutes at 3500-5500RPM.
Cool under mixing, add phase C when below 40°C.
